Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using InsightOps, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Service Description

InsightOps is a cloud-based operations intelligence platform that ingests data from your connected tools (Slack, Jira, Gmail, and others), detects patterns and anomalies, and provides natural-language query and alerting capabilities to help teams understand and respond to operational events.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at security@insightops.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • One organisation per registration; you may invite team members from within the product.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Free trial — new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to all paid features. No credit card is required to start.
  • Paid plans — after the trial, continued use of paid features requires a paid subscription billed monthly or annually.
  • Upgrades and downgrades — you may change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
  • Refunds — monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rated basis within 30 days of purchase. Contact billing@insightops.ai.
  • Late payment — accounts with outstanding balances may be suspended after a 7-day grace period.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you import into InsightOps. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service. We will not share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to import data from connected sources into InsightOps.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of InsightOps.
  • Use the service to process data you do not have the right to process.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Resell or sublicence access to InsightOps without our written consent.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnantaOps' total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal for customers based in Nepal, and by the laws of England and Wales for all other customers, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
